Voice on the Rock Evangelical Mission (VOTREM) is governed by sacred scriptures and dedicated to stewardship under the absolute Lordship of Jesus Christ.

"One of the principal assignments of VOTREM shall be to discover, encourage, equip, and release men and women whose voices shall faithfully proclaim Jesus Christ to all nations without compromise."
